Custom MT4 and MT5 indicator development
Indicators that run natively inside MetaTrader: signal arrows, multi-timeframe filters, currency-strength meters, scanners and on-chart dashboards, with push, email and sound alerts. Built so an EA can read the same signals later.

Indicators I build.
- 01
Signal indicators
Arrows or markers when your setup completes, confirmed on bar close, with alerts to the terminal, phone and email.
- 02
Multi-timeframe filters
Trend, structure or volatility from higher timeframes shown on the chart you trade.
- 03
Scanners and dashboards
One panel watching many symbols and timeframes, sorted by the condition you care about.
- 04
Ports from TradingView
Your Pine indicator rebuilt in MQL4/MQL5, checked bar by bar against the original.
Indicators that are fast, honest and EA-ready.
- Signals live in buffers, not only in chart objects, so an Expert Advisor can read them with iCustom().
- Incremental calculation: only new bars are processed, so the terminal stays responsive on long histories.
- No repainting by default. Anything that can change on the forming bar is labelled as such.
- Scanners run on a timer, not on every tick of every symbol.
- Clean inputs with sensible defaults and a short description of each.
Where custom indicators usually go wrong.
- 01
Repainting
Arrows that appear, move or vanish after the fact make an indicator look brilliant on history and useless live. Signals are confirmed on closed bars unless you ask otherwise, and anything that can change is labelled.
- 02
Recalculating everything on every tick
Indicators that loop over the whole history on each tick freeze the terminal on busy symbols. Only new bars are calculated.
- 03
Output an EA cannot read
Signals drawn only as chart objects are invisible to iCustom(). Every signal also lives in a buffer.
- 04
Alert floods
An alert on every tick while a condition holds trains you to ignore it. Alerts fire once per bar and per signal, with a cooldown.
- 05
Timeframe mix-ups
Higher-timeframe values read from the wrong bar shift the signal. Each value is taken from the last closed bar of its own timeframe.
Common questions
Can you turn my TradingView indicator into an MT4/MT5 indicator?
Yes. Send the Pine source. I rebuild the logic in MQL and compare the values bar by bar against TradingView on the same symbol and timeframe. See Pine Script to MQL5.
Can I get alerts on my phone?
Yes. MetaTrader push notifications reach the mobile app through your MetaQuotes ID. Email and sound alerts are also available, with a cooldown so you are not spammed.
Can an EA trade from the indicator later?
Yes. Signals are written to buffers so an EA can read them directly. Many clients start with an indicator and automate it once they trust it.
How many symbols can a scanner watch?
Dozens is normal. The practical limit is your terminal’s history and CPU, not the code, because the scanner runs on a timer and only recalculates closed bars. Tell me the symbol list and timeframes and I will confirm before we start.
Can I sell or share the indicator?
It is yours. If you plan to distribute it to your clients or members, I can add account or expiry locks and a licence check. See tools for trading communities.
Tell me the strategy. I’ll tell you what it takes.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Mutual NDA before you describe anything you care about. You get an honest view of feasibility, timeline and price, even if the answer is “don’t build this”.
